| It took about half a year to achieve this award, since I started in January 2011. All QSOs were confirmed by LoTW. (I have qualified also for 15m, 17m, 20m, 40m CW and Digital DXCC by August-2013) |
Also you can apply for DXCC awards through ARRL. The DXCC awards are not free, but on the other hand you get these prestigious awards printed on quality paper. For the DXCC awards you need to verify the QSOs with paper QSL cards or LoTW. LoTW is a free electronic QSL system. Here instructions on how to start with LoTW. I have verified all my DXCC award QSOs only with LOTW.
My contest Awards
European Phase Shift Keying Club (EPC) is a free club for PSK operators. All EPC awards are free, and they are applied easily with a separate software called UltimateAAC. Here are most of my awards applied from that software:
